Adrenaline Rush!

Woohoo!!! This evening, in a marvelous show of awesomeness, Camp Sparky won its first softball game of the season 13-1!!! YES!!! Now, I certainly didn't play the best game (I hit three grounders to shortstop *wince* which were easy outs for the other team) but I did make it home once, got a good catch at second, and one of my grounders was out there long enough to get two runners home! Woohoo! Now if only we could win like that every time...

Anyway, this was good- I didn't do well at all at practice the other day and was thoroughly frustrated, but tonight's team spirit made up for that. Rock!

So... other news? I dunno. Harhar Nick, with your PETA crack; it's more similar than you might think. After all, the ETA is devoted to the creation of an independent Basque state in southern France and northern Spain which is an area which most consider (much like the animals which PETA wants free) to be incapable of supporting itself economically. Both the Basque country and the liberated cattle would still need a GNP, lol, but I'd like to see them try.

Um, I think that's about it, other than that I'm buried under a pile of homework, which I'm doing my best to rearrange such that it covers me nicely and serves as a comfy blanket so that I can take a siesta. I should probably be working harder to dig myself out of it, but it's really so very cozy.

Ooh, and Hanna Banana's Birthday Bash is going to be here this weekend. Woohoo!
