So first off, I'd like to say that whoever it was who decided to plant ginko trees on campus sucks ass. I mean, I was so excited that all the trees were in bloom, and I jumped up on something so that I could stick my head up in the blossoms, expecting the sweet scent of cherry or crab-apple blossoms. Instead, I was greeted by the atrocious reeking smell of rotten catish. Seriously folks, it's revolting. My only consolation is that those trees with the little yellow pufball flowers are also coming into bloom, and they smell like black licorice, which is fun.

It rained today like you would not believe. We had everything from drizzle to downpour, and naturally I was wearing sandals, which wasn't relaly a problem, persay, up until the point where my sandals started illing up with puddle water. There were lots of puddles. Evil, evil puddles. Luckily I thought to grab my umbrella as I was headed out the door this morning!

Ooh, I had ceramic throwing today. It was very exciting- we're making bowl-forms, and so far this week I've made 17 (well, some are more like cups... and one's a saucer...). The last three that I made today were really nice, and I'm sure that if I had made more they'd be great, but I kind of ran out of clay. oops!

Ooh, and I had an appointment with my chiropractor today- my neck is happy once more!

What else, what else... I had dinner at Kohi Noor with Mel tonight! It was really neat! I love Mel, she's so cool! And yay Indian food!

Oh, and there was no date with Forrest today. There was miscommunication and a funeral, but no date. We'll see if we reschedule.
